Invoice and Quotation Terms and Conditions

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL GOVERN THIS TRANSACTION.
General Provisions
CONFIRMATION
The client understands that a confirmation in writing is required to accept your quote/invoice.
QUOTATION EXPIRY
All quotations issued are valid for 30 days only.
SERVICE
The client understands that each contractor is a sole trader, and is liable for his/her own insurance and equipment. The client understands that the quoted fee is dependent on the specific equipment requirements for the required project.
DISCOUNT
The client understands that any discounts awarded must be considered as a sign of appreciation for on-going business or a current promotion and not a platform for further negotiation.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. reserves the right to refuse services to anyone without justified reasoning.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A client may cancel a project at anytime by submitting a written notice to get@inspiredgrp.com.au. All work involving the project will seize at the receipt of the written notice date.
The client understands that after the written confirmation of the quote/invoice, the cancellation of the project will result in a fee of 50% of the original price. Failure to pay the cancellation fee within 10 working days of the written cancellation, will result in further penalties fees and ultimately legal action.
REFUND POLICY
A client may request a refund at anytime by submitting a written notice to get@inspiredgrp.com.au.
The client understands that a refund is offered only in the event of overcharging, overpayment or a reduction in services. Partially completed or fully completed services are not entitled to a refund under any circumstance.
PAYMENTS
Failure to make payments after 10 working days from the due date/s detailed in the quote/invoice will result in a re-issue of a new invoice with a $250.00 late payment fee.
Issue of invoice will allow for 14 days for payment from the date of the invoice.
DISCLAIMER
The client understands that the above quote/invoice is dependent on the project specifications provided by the client to date. Changes to these specifications may result in a change in the project fee.
Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. cannot guarantee timely competition of projects without the cooperation of the client. This includes keeping in communication with the company and providing feedback/information as requested in a timely manner.
Photography/Videography Specific Provisions
IMAGE RELEASE
The client understands that for any Photography/Videography project, an ‘Image Release’ form will be provided. It is the client’s responsibility to complete this form and return it to Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. prior to the project engagement date. The client may not contest copyrights for images if this form is not returned to Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd.
The client understands that they hereby authorize Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. To publish photographs/videos of my event/project for use in the Inspired Design print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications as they wish.
The client understands that participation is voluntary and that the client will not receive any financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. The client acknowledges and agrees that publication of said photos/videos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
WATERMARKING
The client understands that for any Photography/Videography services, Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. will include a watermark with all media released (this does not apply to media provided to the client). If you would like your logo to be included, please provide a PNG, PDF or EPS file prior to the engagement date.
The client understands that, Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. may change and evolve this watermark without any notice to the client as required for the company.
POST PRODUCTION
The client understands that post-production of any Photography/Videography services may vary depending on the requirements of the projects. We reserve the right to extend time in post-production to provide a quality outcome.
SOCIAL MEDIA
The client understands that for all Inspired Design Australia Photography/Videography services, all media is subjected to be released on the company related social media avenues as required. The client may not contest this with the exception of a prior arrangement in writing.
Web/App and Graphics Specific Provisions
SPECIFICATIONS
The client understands that all project requests must be finalised prior to project engagement. Any project specifications changed after the issue of invoice will result in a re-issue of invoice with added services with additional charges if applicable. This will supercede any previously issued invoices and the client is subjected to pay the new invoice without contest. We reserve the right to cancel projects based on the disagreement of additional charges as well as reserve the right to refuse last minute requests and will not be held accountable.
DEVELOPMENT
The client understands that the development time for a given project can vary depending on the requirements of the project. If the client has a specific deadline this must be communicated with Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. prior to project engagement. Failure to do so will result in additional charges to fast track projects. The same process will be followed if and when a deadline is set without any prior agreement.
CREATIVE RIGHTS & DIRECTION
The client understands that the creative rights and direction for any web, app, branding or graphics services is reserved for all Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. contractors, employees and any other associated personnel. The client may not contest the creative rights or directions.
Inspired Design Australia Pty Ltd. and all its related personnel reserve the right to refuse a project at notice to the client where creative rights and directions is refused and hindered.
HOSTING/SEO/S+M/SEM
The client understands that Hosting, SEO, SEM and S+M services have additional T&Cs that must be agreed, prior to service engagement.
